Buon Me Thuot has a tropical monsoon climate with two distinct seasons: the dry season (from November to April) and the rainy season (from May to October). The climate is relatively mild with the average temperature of 23 to 24 degree Celsius.

By air

What to eat?

Bun do is made of thick rice vermicelli, field crab flesh, shrimp, and pork. The broth is made from cooking crabs, cow bones, and big bones. Its red color comes from crab roes and achiote seeds added to the broth. This dish is topped with quail eggs, fried pork rinds, and slices of fried shallot.

A thin layer of rice paper will be accompanied with vegetables, melons, grilled meat, green bananas then rolled up. It is served with a slightly sweet sauce. It tastes really good.
